RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Wendy Haworth Design Studio, please e-mail info@wendyhaworthdesign.com. Returns must be initiated within (14) days of receipt. Refunds will be returned through original payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear.  You will receive a confirmation by email when your refund is processed. We reserve the right to refuse returns on damaged merchandise.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you insure your return for the full cost of the item in the event that the package is lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for lost packages.


FINAL SALES

Made-to-order product is not eligible for return or exchange.


DAMAGED ITEMS

Inspect your item upon receipt. Damage must be reported within (48) hours of receipt. If your item arrives damaged, please e-mail info@wendyhaworthdesign.com


We allow exchanges or a return for store credit on all items eligible for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return and subsequent shipping costs. E-mail info@wendyhaworthdesign.com to initiate an exchange.

SHIPPING

In-stock items shipping within the Continental United States will ship via UPS within (3) business days of purchase. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and/or internationally will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact info@wendyhaworthdesign.com for a shipping quote.

Expedited shipping options are available for additional charge. Please contact info@wendyhaworthdesign.com for shipping options.


Sales tax will be added to your order if we are shipping within California. If Wendy Haworth Design does not collect your state’s taxes, you are expected to comply with your state’s current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.
